■ Ozark Community Mental Health Center $2,000 Project CONSTRUCT for implementation of a constructivist curriculum in order to better assess children’s growth in school. However, we rely on the support of the entire community to achieve our mission, and greatly value donations from the community and other corporate partners. Our local owner/operators and their employees and customers are incredibly invested in keeping families close, and we are so thankful to them. McDonald's has helped RMHC positively impact millions of children and their families, and continues to provide valuable resources and support to help us expand our core programs and services.Īlthough the McDonald's system is RMHC's largest corporate partner, RMHC of the Four States is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization. McDonald's support extends from monetary contributions and volunteerism, to cause related marketing promotions and the space to place RMHC Donation Boxes that raise money for Chapters around the world. Meds were weirdly not included in the charges, despite using the service at the same time as therapy. I have now been sent to collections for charges I did not incur, and had no warning about this "grant" ending at any point during my time there. Turns out the aid was a "grant", which I was not told, and I was at no point informed there was a limit, that it needed renewing or any information aside from "your services are covered". I moved in Dec, and did not receive any services after moving.

to figure this out, and was told I had services through Feb, charges were for Nov-Feb. The first bill was $78, and in July 2021 I received one for nearly $700.

I began receiving bills Feb/Mar claiming that I was still seeing a therapist. Towards the end of 2020 (around Nov/Dec), I canceled services. I started weekly, but changed to biweekly. They have a financial assistance program, which I qualified for. I went to Ozark Center for therapy and med management 2019-2020.
